CBRE published a paper in April with the title “Transition-related Climate Risk and its Impact on Commercial Real Estate”.
They state that Climate Risk is important for everyone – especially as professionals in an industry responsible for approximately 30 % of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions, the commercial real estate
industry is beginning to come together globally to address the challenges.
In the paper they acknowledge CRREM as the worldwide adopted standard to measure carbon risk.
