Prof. Sven Bienert has published an article about the buildings stranding risk and how CRREM tool will aim companies to take decisions about retrofitting.
The article, titled ‘Don’t let emissions rules drive your property out of the market’, explains how the existing buildings have a high risk of being stranded. That is a consequence of the needs of decarbonization of the economy. In the document, Prof. Bienert presents the CRREM tool and explicates how the tool detects those assets, that needs retrofitting measures to accomplish the EU and the Paris Agreement requirements.
