Similarly to many other events, we are forced to reschedule our Industry Seminar event due to the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Therefore ERES Industry Seminar has been postponed to September 4, 2020.
The ERES Industry Seminar is organized jointly by ERES and CRREM. The project introduces how climate change and stranding risk affect the real estate context. The panellists will provide the results of their latest research on the impact of climate change on asset values and the challenge of adapting real estate portfolios to climate change and future mitigation requirements.
